As an enneagram eight, she thrives in leadership roles, blending confidence with a passion for teaching and nurturing her team. Artistry has always been a part of her life, and floral design has become her ultimate creative space and professional passion. She believes every client and wedding deserves a special touch, steering clear of repetition and drawing inspiration from her client's ideas and dreams.

Meet Chloe! She acts as the studio manager and the organizational force behind Philo Floral. Meticulously managing our diverse collection of candles, vessels, and other decor, she curates each piece to align with our clients’ visions. Her talents go far beyond organization - she plays a pivotal role in both floral design and logistics on the wedding days. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and efficient workspace is a treasure, especially for our team of freelance floral designers who join us from all over.
Chloe ensures everything is at its best, and she handles so much from cleaning to organizing, preparing us for each week’s wedding with unmatched care and attention.
Our process
At Philo Floral, our dedicated team meticulously orchestrates a harmonious symphony of decor and design. Immersed in a curated collection of vessels, candles, and unique non-floral elements, we ensure seamless alignment with our clients' distinct visions. The process begins with an initial inquiry, conducted through a planner or our website, followed by a meaningful phone meeting. This connection allows us to delve into the client's vision and provide insights into the required investment. Subsequently, a detailed design board and proposal are meticulously crafted for the client's consideration.

We prioritize collaboration and transparency throughout our process. Clients and planners are offered the opportunity to view the proposal and suggest edits, with one round of revisions allowed prior to booking. The booking process entails a 50% expected initial investment and the signing of a contract, securing the exclusive dedication of our team for the chosen wedding weekend.
Post-booking, a comprehensive site visit and in-depth design meeting further refine the details. Edits are welcomed until 8 weeks before the wedding, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach. As the week of the wedding approaches, our schedule intensifies with a Monday meeting to review all aspects. Tuesday involves meticulous preparation, while Wednesday sees the arrival and processing of all flowers, setting the stage for dedicated design days in the studio on Thursday and Friday. If required, on-site production at the venue is seamlessly integrated. The crescendo occurs on Saturday with an early start for the wedding setup, followed by breakdown at the end of the night. Sunday is dedicated to cleaning and preparing the studio for the upcoming week's wedding, embodying our commitment to delivering a flawless and memorable experience for each unique celebration.

Welcome to the home of Philo Floral, in the vibrant Sans Souci neighborhood of Downtown Greenville, South Carolina. Our intimate location is perfectly designed to handle large-scale weddings, boasting of an efficient workflow to ensure every event is executed flawlessly. Despite moving into our building during the COVID pandemic, we’ve spruced up this historic space and infused it with vitality and joy. Our building’s distinctive features, like the soaring 14-foot ceilings and a front facade with immense picture windows, allow our workspace to sit in beautiful natural light. Together, we offer our clients, planners, and team members a chance to come in, browse our inventory, and slow down.
